We will meet with you, offering inspiration, advice, and guidance as you explore what’s possible. We aim to get an idea of your requirements and design aspirations as well as a feel for the space and how you will use it. Initial measurements will be taken.

Following initial discussions, we will agree timescales with you and coordinate our availability and the production schedule with your overall project and associated trades.

Costings, a payment schedule, and deposits will also be discussed.

Every design component will be carefully considered and tailored to your needs. We will produce technical designs that unite beauty and function, and we will also guide you through your options for materials and appliances.

Your new kitchen will be handmade to your exact specification, with all finishing completed in our workshop prior to installation. We will carefully manage the production schedule to work to the agreed timescales.

In order to install a one of our kitchens to our exacting standards, we usually require a 2-week window on-site, at your home. Allowing us to liaise with other trades, organise specialist contractors and make sure you are happy with your new kitchen.

Once you are settled back into your new space, we’ll check that you are 100% happy. This is the time to make any small adjustments to drawers etc.
